Youth Development

Designed for the aspiring athlete with the intention or progress 0deeper into their chosen sport(s). Focusing on technique, correct application for training, co-ordination and most importantly the various stages of the younger athlete. The programme is aimed at athletes from 6 years of age through to 18 years of age in the full spectrum of available sports.

How Do I Get Started?

A needs analysis will be carried out to understand what the youth athlete wants to achieve, a functional movement screen is then carried out along with a preparation questionaire assessing the athete on – current ability, gym age, chronological and relationship between biological age.

The follow on process will see the athlete follow a multi-sport specific training programme to gain essential skills in their chosen field.

This rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses.
